RoomMate Productions was founded by Chad Bring & Eric Dwight in August of 2002. It started with a simple question, "What do you think about making a movie?" And a simple answer, "Yeah, we could do that!"
Eric is a big fan of Kevin Smith movies, his favorite movie being Clerks.
Chad is a big fan of the movie Good Will Hunting, his favorite.
Combined with their writing & acting talents and the inspiration their favorite movies, they set out to make their own movies.
The goal of these two independent filmmakers is to tell stories that hopefully everyone can relate to.
Chad & Eric are both from Lincoln, Nebraska & attended Wayne State College.
Currently, they reside in Omaha, Nebraska working 'regular' jobs while making movies on the side.
The writing, acting, directing, & producing aspects of filmmaking has been a unique experience as they use their talents to create their own opportunities.
RoomMate Productions lives by these two mottos:
"You must create your own opportunities" & "Dreams are goals with deadlines"

RoomMate Productions would not be able to survive without these people:
Adam A. Koch has been inducted as a honorary member of RoomMate Productions. He has been a busy man behind the scenes (with RoomMateProductions.com & editing) and as an extra in many of our films, in addition to his own role in "Kitty Cats & Exit Signs".
Kevin "Heavy" O'Neill was a crucial asset to RoomMate Productions as their Director of Photography & Final Cut Pro knowledge in the editing room (for "Clay", "Who's There?", "Aisle to Aisle", & "Halfway Point").
For the film, "Laundromat", RoomMate Poductions teamed up with Jason & Jeremy of RedFrogs Productions for their assistance in production.
RoomMate Productions also teamed up with Lou & Bob of Extreme Films to film "Kitty Cats & Exit Signs" & "Silence".
